Move over Kendall! Kylie Jenner strikes a pose in solo shoot for V Magazine and proves there's a new model in town

For seven years the world has watched on as the 17-year-old changed from a rambunctious cherub faced youngster whose most important activity was causing playful havoc, to a fashionista and cover girl who is a style icon to many.

While the thought of growing up in front of millions of people's eyes may seem unfathomable to most, the teen told V Magazine this week she could not imagine any other life.

The reality star, who graces the fashion magazine's September issue, said: 'We [herself and sister Kendall] don’t even remember a time before the show and before the cameras and all that.

'It’s all kind of normal to us.'

Being so used to cameras no doubt helped the teenage for her shoot, with the young star showing all the posing skills of seasoned models.

Print perfection! Emma Stone flashes midriff in chic monochrome trousers at Birdman photocall as she leads the star-studded turn out in Venice

She jetted to Italy less than 24 hours earlier in a very plain ensemble, however the same certainly couldn't be said for Emma Stone's second look of the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday.

The actress kept her round sunglasses on as she emerged from a car in a stylish patterned look ahead of a photocall for her new movie Birdman.

The 25-year-old displayed just a slither of her toned tum thanks to her textured black top, while her red tresses were braided into a chic up 'do.

There was no sign of her actor beau Andrew Garfield on the day as she joined co-stars Edward Norton, Amy Ryan, Michael Keaton and Andrea Riseborough.

That's a bit more demure! Jennifer Lopez (nearly) covers up in pink T-shirt and semi-sheer skirt after wowing in revealing VMAs outfit

She wowed at Sunday's MTV VMA Awards in a dazzling and intricate Charbel Zoe dress which revealed a great deal of her stunning figure.

But Jennifer Lopez was looking rather more demure as she left American Idol auditions in New Orleans on Tuesday.

The 45-year-old star sported a pink short sleeved top and over-the-knee white skirt which was mostly made up of sheer material.

A pair of strappy white heels and several bracelets completed the look while she wore her hair in loose waves.

The star was later joined by fellow judges Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr who strolled behind her as the cameras rolled for the walk to their audition.

J-Lo's appearance was in stark contrast to her eye-catching outfit in at the Los Angeles MTV event which was daringly split to the thigh with criss crossed pieces of material over her toned tummy.

'We come into our prime in our forties': Charlize Theron slams the beauty industry for only targeting women in their twenties

Talking to WWD, Ms Theron said: 'It's ironic that we've built the beauty world around 20-year-olds, when they have no f***ing concept about wisdom, what life is about, having a few relationships below [their] belt and feeling hardships, to grow into [their] skin and feel confident within [themselves] and to feel the value of who [they] are, not because of a man or because of something like that.

Improving with age: Charlize Theron, pictured at this year's Oscars, says the beauty industry is largely targeted at twenty-somethings, when women actually hit their prime in their forties. The star turns 40 herself next year

'And I think that's such a beautiful thing. And that's why I think people say women come into their prime in their forties.'

She said that society seems to view older woman like a dead flower.

'It's like we wilt for some reason. And men are like fine wines - the older they get, the better they get,' she explained.

'It's such a misconception, and it's such a lost opportunity because that's when I think women are really in the true moment of their sensuality. 'I think that women find their strength and power in their sexuality, in their sensuality within, [through] getting older and being secure within that.'

New love: The actress has been in a relationship with Sean Penn since the start of this year, and the pair are believed to be planning to marry in her native South Africa

Ms Theron, who turns 40 in August next year, is mother to two-year-old adopted son Jackson and is believed to be planning to marry boyfriend Sean Penn.

She has been the face of the J'Adore Dior fragrance for a decade, during which she's had to gain weight or drastically alter her hair for film roles.

However, unlike other parts of the beauty industry, the actress says Dior has embraced her changing looks.

She explained: 'I can say this now, since I'm almost 40 and I've worked with a lot of design houses and a lot of people within that world. There are very, very few brands that will be brave enough to really, completely take a step back and not to try and control what is considered beautiful.

'There's always been a celebration of what is that moment, whoever I am at that moment in my life. [It] is a very real way of looking at beauty.'
